HardwareReceipt and kitchen printer

Epson TM-m30III

One printer. Bills and chits.

One compact 300 mm/s thermal printer for both jobs: bills and receipts at the bar and front desk, kitchen chits at every station. It sits on your network, Benvo sends each job to the right one, and the auto cutter finishes it clean.

Kitchen chits

A chit for every station. Never the wrong one.

Each station prints only its dishes, by seat and course, with allergies in capitals. Voids print as void chits, and a reprint says REPRINT so nobody cooks twice.

Never lose a ticket

Out of paper? The ticket waits.

Every job tries three times, then moves to a backup printer. Anything that still fails waits in the print queue with a paper preview, one tap from a retry.

Top or front, desk or wall

Small enough for the bar. Tough enough for the kitchen.

Paper leaves from the top or the front, so it stands, lies on its side or hangs on a wall. It opens the cash drawer for staff allowed to, and the front exit model shrugs off splashes.
