These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses the Website ("you"). By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
#2. What these terms cover
#2.1 Meaning of Website
In these terms, the "Website" means benvo.io and the public pages of its subdomains that Benvo operates, including docs.benvo.io, status.benvo.io and developers.benvo.io.
#2.2 What these terms do not govern
These terms do not govern:
(a) the Benvo platform and apps used by Benvo's business clients and their staff (including app.benvo.io and pos.benvo.io), which are provided only under the agreement each client accepts or signs with Benvo (the Master Subscription Agreement and the documents it incorporates);
(b) the Benvo public API at api.benvo.io and developer access, which are governed by the developer and API terms Benvo agrees with each developer or partner;
(c) the members app and venue booking tools, which have their own end user terms; or
(d) websites, booking pages and other content that Benvo hosts for a venue. The venue is responsible for that content, and the venue's own terms and privacy notice apply to it.

#4.3 Client reliance
A business that becomes a Benvo client relies only on its agreement with Benvo and the documents it incorporates, not on statements on the Website.
