SUNMI FLEX 3

Calm at the pass.

A slim, IP54 rated touch screen for the pass and every station, running the Benvo kitchen display. Tickets arrive the moment they are sent, timers count up and one tap bumps the dish.

Stations and routing

Every ticket, on time. Station by station.

Hot, cold, pastry, bar and expo each see only their dishes, routed by item, category or course. Timers turn amber at 8 minutes and red at 15, and the all day count keeps the line honest.

Bump and recall

Tap it ready. Swipe it gone.

Tap a dish to mark it ready, tap Bump or swipe up to clear the ticket, and recall anything from the last 30 minutes. A bump bar works too. The screen needs no PIN and never locks.

Allergies and sold out

Nothing slips past. Not even one seat.

Allergies from the guest record, the booking and the order show as a red banner on the ticket. Mark a dish sold out, or count it down from 12 left, and it disappears from every device and the menu.

Expo and pickup

Expo calls the room. Servers come running.

Expo sees each course with a chip per station and Ready to run when the last one finishes. The pickup alert chimes on the servers' iPads, names the best runner and turns amber after 90 seconds.
