Why guests answer a message from your own number, and what changes when cancelled tables go back on sale in minutes.

A host collecting a couple from the bar when their table is ready

Every restaurant knows the Friday problem. The book is full at noon, and at eight there are three empty tables. Phoning every booking is slow, and most calls go to voicemail.

The number they already know

Guests answer messages from a number they recognise. A confirmation from your own WhatsApp number, with Confirm and Cancel replies, takes a guest a second to answer. The floor updates as the replies arrive.

A cancelled table at four o'clock can still be sold. A no-show at eight cannot.

Back on sale

The value is not only in the guests who confirm. It is in the cancellations that arrive early enough to matter, and the waitlist that hears about them first.
